Loading/Unloading Facility Concerns

1. Chock doesn't sit into the grating easily/Chock must be forced into the grating
If the chock does not sit easily into the grating with a light tap (of hand or foot), make sure that the handle is straight up and perpendicular to the grating before the chock is engaged into the grating. If the chock still does not easily engage with the handle in the correct installation position, check for evidence of damage; specifically, look at the plastic tabs on the base of the chock, and check to make sure none are bent or broken.
